RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
All parties are responsible for themselves whilst attending an Organised Equestrian event.
In the unlikely circumstance of injury whilst at an event, this contract waivers all responsibility of Organised Equestrian Ltd.
Organised Equestrian Ltd. reserves the right to request that any participant leaves an event at any time, if they have just cause to believe the said participant may be at risk of causing danger to themselves or others.
Organised Equestrian Ltd. reserves the right to request that any participant leaves an event at any time if they have just cause to believe that they are causing unreasonable disruption.
In the unlikely circumstance that an event is cancelled by Organised Equestrian Ltd., a full refund will be issued to all riders and spectators.
In the unlikely circumstance that an event is cancelled by Organised Equestrian Ltd., no responsibility can be taken for non-refundable flights or hotel bookings made.
Rider deposits are non-refundable as standard, unless the event is cancelled by Organised Equestrian Ltd.
In the event that a participant rider can no longer keep their booking, efforts will be made to fill their place. A discretionary refund, less administration fee, may be given if the place is filled.
Spectator tickets are non-refundable as standard, but may be transferable.
In the unlikely circumstance that an event is postponed, then all monies paid may be applied to the new appointment date and total fees chargeable shall be the fee which applies at that time.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION PURSUANT TO THE CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS 2013 (Information, cancellation and additional charges):
Where this contract has been entered into as a result of any form of distance selling and the customer is a “consumer”, the customer has 14 days from the receipt of this contract to cancel it.
If you decide to cancel your attendance at one of our events, you are within the 14 day period from the time of booking and there is two weeks before the commencement of the event date, then please email email@example.com and we will issue your refund, providing all conditions are met.

MAILING LIST AND PRIVACY
By emailing us to ask about events, we will keep you in the loop going forwards. We will store your details safely and securely on a password protected database and your details will not be made available to third parties. Should you no longer wish for your details to be kept on our database, please advise us by email or simply click ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of any of our newsletters.
